“Cicerchia“ is a pod plant that sprouts from a yearly cycle herbaceous plant, very similar to chickpea plant.
Its history stems in ancient ages and it comes from near east. Romans, that knew it and appreciated it, called it cicercula and with this name is basically come to us.
Tour at historical “La Sibilla” farm, where you can try, taste and buy the rare cicerchia, but most of all you can be in touch with a piece of agricultural history of this land.

Baia, Bacoli - Tour at Baia I.R.S.V.E.M.
“I.R.S.V.E.M. Cooperative“ is one of the most important centre for mussels destabulation in South Italy. It will open its doors for Malazè and there will be some guided tours inside this establishment,  to let us know all working methods of these tasty products, which is very important for our health. Visiting time needs to be reserved and to be agreed with the company.
